THE WONDER OF UNDER by ... is a story that encourages curiosity, imagination and resourcefulness. Throughout the book, Paxton searches under lots of things and finds what might seem like trash to a lot of people, but not to this preschooler! .... Parents and caregivers will enjoy reading this book out loud as the words are rhythmic (but not rhyming) and predictable. Children will enjoy imagining right along with Paxton what could be “under.” The bright colors and fun textures in the illustrations will draw children and their caregivers in and might even inspire them to create their own found object treasures.
