As a marketing specialist, my goal is to find the core narrative from a message and build comprehensive marketing campaigns around it. My approach is deeply rooted in storytelling, which allows me to create impactful content that resonates and engages audiences. Once I've identified the central story, I develop a range of assets tailored to effectively reach the target demographic. This includes digital assets such as newsletters, website updates, social media posts, and videos. I also pair the message with essential printed materials like mailers, press releases, flyers, and outbound articles.

ADEC's "I Can" Campaign
In honor of Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, I spearheaded the "I Can" campaign during my time at ADEC to spotlight the incredible capabilities of individuals with developmental disabilities. Recognizing the continual need for a shift in societal perception, this campaign aimed to emphasize what these amazing individuals can accomplish, rather than what they can't. I meticulously curated a blend of written content, visually striking social media graphics, and engaging videos to serve as the backbone of our messaging.
The heart of the campaign was a series of videos featuring ADEC clients showcasing their skills, passions, and talents. By sharing real stories and genuine emotions, the "I Can" campaign was created to resonate with our community. It served as a poignant reminder that given the right support, direction, and opportunities, individuals with developmental disabilities can achieve remarkable things. It was a humbling and fulfilling experience to develop and manage a campaign that truly made a difference.
